Let’s Be Real: Nobody’s Reading Every Word of Your 345-Page Chart

One of the biggest reasons therapists write novels for notes (check out more on that HERE) is they want to help. To make sure other professionals know what is happening with their client down to the itty-bitty details. So their clients can get the understanding, support, and resources they deserve.

And if you struggle with note writing, chances are that your notes are full of important information that nobody will ever see —and it’s costing you hours you’ll never get back.

I can’t tell you how many times I have sent notes, diagnostic assessments, and forms to coordinate care where all of that documentation and hard work is gathering digital dust in an EHR across town.  A quick scroll through at best.

Helping Clients Get the Coordination and Support They Deserve

Where the magic really happens with coordinating care?  When you can be concise, to the point, and share the 5,000 foot view of the client.

Professionals who are coordinating care likely don’t have time or capacity to dig through the tiny little pine needles that make this client tick.

What they do have time for?  An overview of the essentials of the forest.

Your Shortcut: The FREE Therapy Summary Template

In real life, professionals are much more likely to have a thorough understanding of the client you’re coordinating care with by a coordination phone call or a therapy summary.

That’s why I created this FREE Therapy Summary Template—your shortcut to sharing what actually matters about a client’s treatment in a way that’s clear, ethical, and way more likely to be read.

Save time. Communicate like a pro. 👉 Grab your free template and make coordination of care so much smoother.
